This is a wonderful tulip shaped skirt made from a gorgeous deep blue, purple and brown watercolour effect sheer polyester. The colourful outer layer of the skirt is combined with a black polyester inner lining to ensure this skirt is not see - through. This skirt flares out at the hips to form the tulip shape of the skirt, and therefore this is reflected in the measurement below.
