70s DOUBLE-BREASTED DARK BROWN FLEECE-LINED AVIATOR FLYING LEATHER JACKET 10 12 14

A heavy-duty double-breasted true vintage jacket in a dark brown brushed leather.

This thick winter jacket includes all the original half-shank brown button fastenings and two mid-sized front pockets. The classic oversized collar allows the thick brown fleece internal lining to extend out to the trim.

This jacket does show some signs of natural wear (some shininess along the sleeves where the leather has smoothed out from being worn) however this does not affect the fit or functionality of the jacket and is mostly unnoticeable when worn due to the placement.

This piece would best suit a size 12-14 but please check your measurements against the ones provided below:

That being said, this is a RECOMMENDED size, and in some cases, vintage items can deviate from this. A great example of this would be handmade vintage that comes into our shop! These items often include unique measurements, alongside imperfect seams. Whilst we try to mention and guide sizes at much as we can, we do urge you to know your own measurements when looking at items.

Condition

This garment is true vintage so please be aware there may be some signs of wear as expected from a garment of this age. We do not list stains to area likes linings that are hidden or things that can barely be seen without close inspection. These can include pin holes, small marks, light piling. We hand pick our items to make sure they are in great condition and fully wearable and we reject anything of poor condition. The majority of our items are 40-70 years old. If you think we've missed something significant please get in touch, we are only human and we lose transaction fees on returns so we don't skip things on purpose.
