This is a gorgeous black velvet 60s party dress with short sleeves and an empire waist. This dress has a wonderful embellished collar of black sequins, resin diamonds, with silver and black beads to form flowers across the neckline. There is a diamante square at the centre of the waistline, and a zipper at the back to fasten you in. This dress has no inner lining, but has a luxurious soft feel. This would look great as an all black look paired with some vintage style heels and bag, and we think it's perfect for anyone looking for embellishments, or mod styles in their party wear.
