This is a sparkling and vibrant 70s party mini dress with voluptuous mutton sleeved and a sweetheart neckline. This dress has a form fitting waist, enhancing that hourglass shape. The dress is made from an iridescent navy blue and purple dotted velvet blended with a gold lurex, making this dress a perfect party wear staple for any vintage lover who loves sparkles. This dress has no inner lining, and has.a zipper at the side of the waist to fasten you in.
